You will ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations established by Winter Park Recreational Association, Colorado Passenger Tramway Safety Board, and other relevant authorities. Wage: The base hourly pay starts at $26.00+ depending on experience. Essential Duties: Conduct routine maintenance on lifts to comply with industry standards. Assist in designing and modifying industrial electronics control systems. Perform annual inspections on assigned lifts for reliability and safety compliance. Troubleshoot lift issues as they arise. Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure lifts are ready for operation. Operate hand and power tools in various repair and maintenance tasks. Report any concerns regarding the lift machinery or passenger safety. Promote and enforce safety practices within the workplace. Continuously communicate new techniques to improve efficiency. Attend training to enhance skills and knowledge. Education & Experience Requirements: High School diploma or GED is required. Completion of an accredited two-year electronics course preferred. Minimum one year of experience in the electronic trade is necessary. Electronics Technician experience may replace education requirements—two years of experience is equivalent to one year of specialized training. Qualifications and Skills: Must be at least 18 years old. Current standard first aid certification is a plus. Must possess a valid unrestricted US driver's license. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: This position involves a high level of physical activity, often requiring lifting weights of up to 50 pounds. Employees may work in outdoor environments with exposure to cold, snow, wind, rain, and high altitudes. Safety gear may be necessary due to noise and chemical exposure.
