With a global footprint and a deep passion for combat sports, we connect fans and athletes through compelling storytelling, live action, and dynamic digital engagement.Position OverviewCSI SPORTSTM is seeking a Producer/Video Editor who will be a key member of the production team in our Jersey City office. This creator will utilize their storytelling and editing expertise to develop original content for broadcast distribution in the U.S. and internationally as well for our digital platforms. The candidate must have experience producing and editing short and longform sports content using the Adobe Suite, a strong knowledge of digital tools, a creative eye and work well in both an individual and team environment.Key Responsibilities:Create, prep & edit content for original series and live events for broadcast & digital using Adobe (Premiere, After Effects & Photoshop)Edit footage according to scripts, formats & production guidelinesWrite show scripts & voice over notesCreate (write and edit) promo spots, documentary segments and sizzle reels utilizing appropriate music libraries and our SANEdit features for live events as well as cutdowns and highlights from Live EventsDeliver final productions with the required broadcast and digital specificationsCollaborate with other team members to deliver a shared visionEnsure assets are delivered without any issues and on timeStay current with the latest software and AI to recommend improvements to the editing workflowQualifications:5+ years' experience producing, editing & creating graphics/animations for a post-production house or networkPortfolio of high-end work including promos, features, documentary segments and sizzle reelsMust be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)Expertise in delivering assets in the proper video & audio specs for broadcast and digital platformsExperience editing boxing and/or MMA content for broadcast and digital is preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsWork well in a fast-paced and changing environmentHighly organized (especially within Adobe) and meticulous attention to detailCapable of handling various responsibilities and multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work in our Jersey office 5 days a week and after normal business hours as needed to meet tight deadlinesCompensation is commensurate with experience.Benefits: Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off and sick leave.Additional Compensation: This position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses based on individual and company performance.
