You are ambitious with a growth mindset. You communicate excellently with clients and the team and offer creative solutions to family law issues. You have initiative and desire to and be part of a growing firm filled with opportunities.Competency for this requires:You are an efficient and effective communicator with clients, team members and all parties involvedYou have excellent writing skills and can handle drafting the various motions, memoranda, and case pleadingsYou embrace technology and consistently use the teams' systems and practices to uncover a detailed and accurate financial picture for each caseYou are a skilled negotiator and can successfully navigate mediation; you also are courtroom savvy and able to handle court hearings, and trial if needed.QUALIFICATIONS:Ideally you have family law experience and are able to navigate your cases from start to finish.
