Creates budget plans, if necessary. Conducts discovery. Travels to court and other appearances. Tries cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. Composes motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents. Prepares cases for trial. Communicates with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to effectively represent clients. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
