We welcome all healthcare professionals to join our thriving community and contribute to our pursuit for clinical excellence.Position Responsabilities Collaborates daily with all assigned floor Nurse Managers or supervisors in charge of Ancillary Areas to ensure cleanliness and quality of work performed by Environmental Services. Provides direction in the application of environmental and infection-control standards and practices, CQI standards, and organizational goals and objectives. Collaborates with the Director in managing the overall operation of the department by effectively directing, planning, and problem-solving, as evidenced by Press Ganey scores. Assists the Director in providing rational explanations for decisions and actions to staff, medical staff, hospital administration, and patients. Qualifications Five years experience as an environmental service coordinator, team leader or lead person in industrial/hotel or health care facility. High School plus college course in Business Administration of Heal Care Management.
