This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on field execution, problem-solving, and driving production.What You'll Do:Lead and coordinate field crews through direct supervision of foremenKeep projects on schedule and within budget while resolving issues proactivelyOversee materials, inspections, equipment, and daily jobsite operationsEnforce safety standards and immediately address hazardsMaintain daily reports, quantities, and cost trackingCollaborate with Project Management on look-ahead schedulesEnsure clean, organized, and compliant job sitesWhat You Bring:Strong knowledge of heavy highway construction (roads, utilities, grading)Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and project documentsCompetence in scheduling, resource allocation, and field coordinationExperience with job cost tracking and basic estimating conceptsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HCSS/HeavyBid, Viewpoint, or P6 is a plus5+ years of roadway construction experience preferredCivil Engineering or Construction Management degree strongly preferred
