Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:As a technician, your responsibilities will include visiting customer homes to resolve issues and introduce them to smart home technology. Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' residences. Guide customers on how to use their technology and suggest additional services that may benefit them. Maintain a clean work environment and exhibit a professional demeanor while working independently yet remaining connected with your team. Skills, Experience, and RequirementsWhat You'll Need: Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is required. Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Ability: Ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft. Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. Must meet and maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs. Customer Focus: Ability to build trust and deliver a great customer experience. Problem-Solving: Skill in addressing various challenges on the spot. Determination: Willingness to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions. Adaptability: Ability to handle changes and unexpected tasks effortlessly.
