As a Jimmy Britt Service Advisor, you will own the customer's experience in the service lane. You're the first point of contact with our guests regarding their vehicle status, repairs, diagnostics, and repairs. (We utilize the best tech to simplify the buying process, offer online sales, and ensure customer satisfaction) Industry-best tools and technology Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional, prompt, and courteous customer service to our guests Oversee service orders and the flow of the drive lane. Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. Utilize all communication methods (phone, text, email, video, and in-person) to assure customer is updated on the status of their vehicles. Leverage the dealership's tools to communicate both with technicians and customers. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction. Assist your service lane team in answering inbound customer inquiries and schedule maintenance. Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently utilized based upon customer needs, distributing work between them efficiently. Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. Oversee and participate in quality control. Increase profitability by maximizing sales and execute retail promotions. Maintain top tier CSI scores and help deliver experiences that generate positive reviews. Oversee administration of warranty claims Encourage company policies and adhere to Jimmy Britt standards that maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain a good working relationship with coworkers and collaborate with both management and technicians. Qualifications: Time management skills Organized and friendly personality. Fantastic communication skills with customers and guests. Ability to multitask despite environmental distractions. Ability to present options for service and repairs and explain offerings. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Well-groomed personal appearance. High school diploma or equivalent. Any previous experience as a service advisor preferred, but not required.
