By integrating these services, we are able to serve the diverse needs of our patients and support our mission to "Enrich Every Life We Encounter from our employees to our patients and those who love and care for them."Job SummaryDocumentation Review: Conduct thorough reviews of clinical and chart documentation to ensure compliance with Aegis policies, state and federal regulations, and payor requirements.Quality Improvement: Implement quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis and identified trends. Monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives.Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to clinical staff on documentation best practices, compliance standards, and quality improvement processes.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to relevant regulatory bodies. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Quality Assurance and other department heads to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.Leadership: Lead and participate in quality assurance projects aimed at improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.Desired Skills & Qualifications1+ year of home health, hospice, or other medical related experience preferredLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), Or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKeen attention to detailAbility to work independently and complete tasks timelyDemonstrate high level of contribution in accuracy, quality, completeness and volume of workService oriented mindsetAdaptive problem-solving skillsValid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation.Proof of current auto insurance & car registrationValid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help)Current CPR Certification (we can help) & Negative TB Test (we can test)At Aegis, WE CELEBRATE DIVERSITY, are committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees and have a Zero Tolerance policy for workplace discrimination.
