Responsible for monitoring spa facilities, ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. Attendant observes all activity within assigned areas, offering assistance to guests/visitors.REPORTS TO: Spa Supervisor / Spa ManagementWORK ENVIRONMENT:· Job involves working: Main: locker rooms, relaxation areas, SPA Pool Trace. Secondary: All spa areas· While standing for up to 8 hours including stair climbing to access various locations within spa· Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.· Under variable temperature conditions (or extreme heat or cold)· Under variable noise levels· Outdoors/indoorsKEY RELATIONSHIPS:Internal: Staff in Spa, Pool, Grounds, Food and Beverage, Rooms, Laundry, Housekeeping and EngineeringExternal: Hotel guests/visitors, Spa members.QUALIFICATIONS:Essential:1. Oral proficiency in English language.2. Experience in Guest Service or similar experience.3. Positive demeanor.4. Commitment to spa needs, colleagues, and guests.Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.Must be self-motivated.Must be flexible and able to work efficiently under pressure.Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.9. Ability to:a. Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.b. Prioritize, organize and follow-upc.
