Our client, a leader in financial services industry, is looking to hire a Program Manager. This role will be onsite 2x per week in Mountain View, CA.*This job is a 6-month W2 contract role with paid holidays*As a Program Manager, you will oversee tracking, reporting, and financial/ data analysis to support improvements and implementations across vendor management and governance programs. Ideal candidates have demonstrated experience applying their analytical background to drive strategic program initiatives within a matrixed organization.What You'll Be Doing: Monitor program budgets, analyze cost variances, support budget planning, and develop cost allocation methodologiesMaintain real-time headcount data across key programs, creating headcount forecasting models for project pipeline planningDesign comprehensive dashboards for weekly, monthly, and quarterly headcount metrics and trends, identifying opportunities & inefficienciesEstablish process improvements to refine headcount tracking procedures, collaborating with teams in HR, Finance, and Operations to streamline data collections and reportingRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Strategic Program Management, Financial Program Management, and/or Financial AnalysisAdvanced analytical proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets,Experience with 6-step category sourcing and vendor management, with functional knowledge of third-party sourcing and governance managementDesired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's DegreeExperience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or similarFamiliarity with CoupaExperience with financial modeling and budgeting processesExperience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira and/or Monday.comPrior experience in FinTech, Tech or SaaS industries highly valuedMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
