Integrated Master Scheduler - Mid-Level Job Description Summary:D&G is seeking a highly motivated Integrated Master Scheduler- Mid Level for the United States Coast Guard Headquarters Integrated Government Schedule (CG-IGS) Program. This candidate will have experience supporting DHS or DoD organizations in the responsibilities listed below. This is an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team supporting one of the USCG's highest priority missions.Roles & Responsibilities: Contributing to a team of Senior, Mid and Junior Level schedulers responsible for the creation, maintenance, status, analysis and reporting of multiple project schedules and associated metrics.Perform technical scheduling support across a program within the enterprise of acquisition programs.Responsible for ensuring task structure is aligned with the activities of the Integrated Product Team and that hours worked on tasks assigned are being entered by team members.Working collaboratively with all levels of schedulers to achieve project completion and strategic goals.Responsible for capturing weekly work hours, via data collection forms, completed by matrix members and entering the hours worked on their behalf.Facilitate the entry of staff work hours into the MS Project system and assist the Program Managers with understanding and management of the workforce data.Analysis of project schedule variances, slack and other metrics in support of monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting.Supporting the integration of scheduling data into actionable dashboards and reports.Responsible for quickly creating staffing/resource reports by program or across the enterprise to visualize enterprise efficiencies and future staffing requirements.Requirements: BA/BS degree.5-7 years' experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).3-5 years managing data within IGS.3 years of experience supporting DoD or DHS acquisition lifecycle programs. (ALF)5 years of experience with Microsoft Project, MS Project Server, MS Project Online, MS Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), MS Power BI, database architecture development and database management. Eligibility Requirements: Active Public Trust or ability to obtain a Public Trust.Experience working with the US Government.
