Senior Project Manager

Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Construction Observation & Testing group in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Senior PM's are responsible for scheduling, coordinating and reviewing the activities and reports of all COT field personnel. Senior Project Managers will also collaborate with clients, project managers, subcontractors and other management entities on issues to ensure requirements are met and problems are resolved efficiently.Senior Project Manager Experience and Requirements:Candidates MUST have at least 7 years of experience working in the construction observation and materials testing field with at least 3 of those years as Project Manager.Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field is a plusPreparation of final reports and field/laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel.NICET, WACEL, ICC and/or ACI certificationsKnowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and InternetAnalytical and problem-solving abilityExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to effectively coordinate projectsGood driving record, valid driver's license and your own vehicleTHE PATH TO SUCCESS - GTA strives to hire and retain the most highly qualified people in their fields.
