Job Description:Responsible for the overall safety of patrons, general maintenance, and cleaning of facility.Essential Job FunctionsImplements appropriate rescue, first aid and emergency procedures.Cleans pool, bathhouse, and related areas daily.Collects entry fees.Enforces all rules and regulations as they relate to pool safety.Other Job Duties (Duties listed are not intended to be all inclusive nor to limit duties that might reasonably be assigned.)Attends weekly training sessions.Performs any other duties as assigned which relate to the operation of a public swimming pool.Performs related work as required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (These are pre-employment KSA that apply only to Essential Job Functions.)Knowledge of-- Proper lifeguarding procedures. Ability to-- Deal effectively with the public. Follow instructions; perform general cleaning.
