South Bay Plastic Surgeons is committed to excellence, precision, and patient satisfaction in every treatment provided.About the RoleIn this role, you will work in a professional clinical environment providing advanced medical-grade aesthetic treatments and personalized skin care plans. You will collaborate with our providers to ensure safe, results-driven treatments and educate patients on long-term skin health and maintenance.Our Ideal Candidate Is:Passionate about esthetics, skin health, and medical beauty treatmentsSkilled in advanced esthetic proceduresFriendly, confident, and professional with an excellent bedside mannerDedicated to patient safety, education, and satisfactionOrganized, detail-oriented, and dependableExperienced in building long-term client relationships and promoting services/productsAble to thrive both independently and in collaboration with providersResponsibilities:Perform a range of medical spa treatments (facials, peels, HydraFacial, etc.)Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop customized treatment plansEducate patients on medical-grade products and aftercare protocolsMaintain treatment rooms, supplies, and infection-control standardsDocument patient treatments accurately and perform post-treatment follow-upSupport providers in clinical services as neededQualifications:Valid Esthetician License (required)Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical spa or clinical esthetics settingStrong knowledge of skin physiology, advanced treatments, and product linesFlexible availability, including evenings and weekendsPrior experience in luxury or medical aesthetics preferredJob Type: Part-timeSchedule:Tuesday and Saturday availability8 hour shift
