Our programs support multiple Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense. We are seeking a Senior Military Operations Analyst to support our customer's operations in Colorado Springs, CO. This effort provides our Government customer with operational and logistical support services. This position will be on-site and will require an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility. Responsibilities: Develops and revises supporting work plans Prepares task order plansConducts reviews and edits documentsDevelops operations manualsConducts site surveysWrites after action reportsDrafts statements of workPrepares briefings and reports; conducts presentations; conducts analysisDevelops work plans, schedules, and budget estimatesAttends conferences and exchanges technical dataProvides general scientific, engineering and technical assistanceQualificationsEssential Requirements:US CitizenshipActive Top Secret Clearance with SCI EligibilityRequired Experience:10+ years developing requirements documents and concept of operations documents 12+ years proposing innovative approaches to technical problems 12+ years participating in meetings and telephone conferences with customers12+ years writing meetings summaries, progress reports, information and position papersEducation and Certifications:A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universitySalary bands have not yet been determined for this opportunity. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds.
