What will you be doing? Review and process all transactions within the workflow system, to include incoming communications such as email. Validate all accounting and non-accounting transactions depending on the team's responsibilities and ensure timely posting of these transactions. Filing electronically all documents that are needed to be scanned pursuant to each team's responsibilities. Posting of all transactions including banking, journal vouchers, check requests, and all other necessary postings pursuant to each team's responsibilities. Compile all necessary documents and reconciliations pursuant to the team's responsibilities. Promote a positive working environment. Provides backup coverage to similar or other functions within the department. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. What are we looking for?
