Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent based in Watertown, NY. The Construction Superintendent will manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include overseeing site operations, coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, monitoring progress, and resolving any on-site challenges that may arise. QualificationsProficient in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practicesStrong Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules effectivelyExperience with Budgeting and cost management in construction projectsStrong Project Management skills to ensure timely and efficient completion of projectsAbility to lead teams and foster collaboration among diverse groupsKnowledge of federal and state contracting standards is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or related fields preferredValid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
