wenty year old practice is expanding its staff. We are recruiting a Board Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join the staff of a well-established practice with 4 other Family Practitioners, 1 Internal Medicine physician and 3 Nurse Practitioners in their growing practice. Call is currently shared with 7 others on staff, 1:7. This practice admits to a full service acute care facility located about 45 minutes south of Kansas City. The practice offers an array of services, including both general and capsule endoscopy, holter monitoring, pulmonary function testing and laboratory testing. This group serves patients from a seven-county area including Bates, Cass, Jackson and Johnson Counties in Missouri; and Johnson, Miami and Linn counties in Kansas. All of the physicians in the practice are primary care providers and are Board Certified in their specialty. They have been trained to manage 85 to 90 of patients' health problems and issues and are also skilled in referring patients when they need specialty care. Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday (with evening appointments available) and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Fridays.
