You will take on a high level of responsibility including a full book of residential lawn care business. Working with Canopy means good compensation, respect from your employer, opportunities to advance, great tools, and a phenomenal brand and people to work with.Responsibilities Expanding existing customer services Follow precise guidelines for fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and lawn pest/fungal control to ensure lawns are thriving and healthy. Work closely with customers to assess the specific needs of their lawns and recommend services that best suit their unique situation. Discuss treatment options with prospective clients, providing clear explanations and professional advice. Deliver high-quality lawn care services while treating each customer's lawn as if it were your own. Be a reliable and friendly point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting long-term relationships. Maintain an organized and clean service vehicle, ensuring that equipment is in top working condition. Collaborate with the Canopy Lawn Care team to share insights and help grow the company's customer base. Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific guidelines. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior lawn care or pest control experience is a plus but not required.
