Your responsibilities will include: Inspiring and supporting your team to meet customer needs and fulfill our mission to make a difference in our communities. Encouraging your team to provide positive customer experiences through constructive feedback and goal setting. Assisting in staffing levels by helping to schedule shifts and participating in the hiring process. Ensuring a clean and safe restaurant environment by adhering to maintenance and food safety standards. Managing restaurant operations including inventory control and record-keeping. Promoting a positive team environment, adapting to challenges, and enhancing team skills. Resolving customer issues and supporting employee well-being with a calm and knowledgeable approach. Providing coaching and training to develop your team's professional and personal skills. Building positive relationships with customers and coworkers to enhance everyone's quality of life. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks. A commitment to punctuality and responsibility in your work schedule. Experience leading a diverse team in the restaurant industry is preferred. A valid driver's license and insurance, along with a satisfactory driving record. Flexibility to work various hours and collaborate with diverse personalities. Ability to manage tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
