The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally. This is a direct-hire, full-time position offering competitive pay and an opportunity to grow within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & Reporting:Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decision-making.Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights on financial performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and timely reporting.Internal Controls:Assist with SOX or J-SOX internal control processes and maintain compliance.Ad-Hoc Financial Projects:Support senior management with special financial analysis and reports as needed.Qualifications & Skills:Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or treasury functions.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and financial systems (Power BI, ERP systems preferred).Analytical Skills:Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Language Skills (Preferred):Bilingual in Japanese and English is a plus.Why Join Us?Competitive Pay: Up to $29 per hour, based on experience.Direct Hire Opportunity: Secure, full-time, on-site position with growth potential.Collaborative Team: Work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.To Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and interest in the role. xmcpwfu PandoLogic.
