Fire Alarm & Security Technician (Rogers, AR) - Full-Time On-SiteAre you a safety-focused technician ready to install, test, and maintain critical life safety systems? We are seeking a dedicated Fire Alarm and Security Technician to join our on-site team in Rogers, AR. This role is essential for protecting our clients by ensuring their life safety systems meet the highest standards of performance and code compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall & Inspect: Install, test, and inspect fire alarm systems (conventional and addressable), integrated security, and access control hardware.Video Systems: Install, configure, and maintain video surveillance (CCTV/IP camera) systems and related network components.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and efficiently resolve system failures, including complex wiring issues and component defects in commercial and residential settings.Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to NFPA 72, local fire codes, and occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and customers to ensure optimal system performance and satisfaction.Required QualificationsProven proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining diverse fire alarm and security systems.Familiarity with occupational health and safety (OHS) practices in a field environment.Experience configuring and working with alarm systems for commercial and/or residential properties.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and successful completion of a background check.Highly PreferredRelevant industry certifications (e.g., NICET Fire Alarm Systems, ESA, state/local electrical licenses, CCTV/Video Systems).Prior hands-on experience across fire alarm, security, and camera system installation.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Wages: Offered based upon your level of experience and industry expertise.Health Insurance: Comprehensive health coverage plan.401(k) Retirement Plan: With company matching options available.Apply NowJob Type: Full-time, On-site Location: Rogers, ARIf you meet these qualifications and are ready to contribute to a life-safety focused team, apply today
