Job DescriptionFULL-TIME MERCHANDISER CAN MAKE UP TO: $24.50 PER HOURMaintain in-store compliance at stores within the assigned geographical area while monitoring and supplying goods of service to each customer.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Check and report product voids· Maintain ad hoc merchandising· Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump· Set new stores and perform required resets· Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web based ordering· Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area· Assist with customer service issues or complaints· Complete pricing surveys as required· Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately· The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.Other duties may be assigned as required.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred· 1 to 3 years of retail, customer service, or related experience· Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employmentKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES· Excellent customer service skills· Able to interact positively and work effectively with others (interpersonal skills)· Able to organize time, energy, and resources effectively to achieve goals (i.e., organizational skills)· Able to follow directions and carry out instructions· Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented· Able to adapt and manage to change effectively· Able to handle challenging or conflict situations with tact and professionalism· Must be able to read, write and speak EnglishAn Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/VeteransPay Range 24.50
