A Team Leader is a crucial part of our business. They are the face of the restaurant during their shift, and are responsible for ensuring each guest leaves our store knowing we went above and beyond.Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, and restaurant assistant manager preferred, but not required.Team Lead Requirements/Responsibilities Include:Be a friendly encouraging team playerClose and open restaurant, lead shifts, key holder.Passion for people and developing a team.A highly developed sense of team and ownershipPossess a strong sense of urgencyExceptional leadership skillsMust have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Primary Duties:Deliver the highest quality service to guestsAssist in training team members in company standards, ensuring proper knowledge of the menu, company policies & procedures.Help the Owner/Operator and Leadership Team grow our business and impact our community.Run daily shift operations and breaks in accordance with Tennessee Labor LawsJoin the team "on the floor," helping in positions where assistance is needed.Some of our Team Member benefits:Flexible hoursSundays offOpportunities for Development and Leadership GrowthScholarship OpportunitiesCompetitive PayEmployee Meal Program
