Be part of an extraordinary lifeBroadway Cityview is recruiting for a hospitality focused Sous Chef to join our teamHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a ENTER JOB NAME HERE: 1 Assists with food orders, production sheets, daily assignments and shift change walk-throughs of kitchen staff. 2 Assists in creating, planning, costing and executing menus, theme buffets, specials and holiday menus. 3 Ensures that each plate leaving the kitchen meets high presentation standards, is a quality product and is properly portioned. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: 1 Two to three years experience in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining preferred. 2 Culinary education and supervisory background desirable. 3 Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance, nutrition and diet.
