Maintenance Superintendent - 2nd ShiftLocation: Milford, DEShift: Monday-Friday, 4 PM-2 AM (Saturdays as needed)Join a Leading Food Processing CompanyWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to oversee maintenance operations for our Milford, DE facility. This role is critical to ensuring smooth plant operations and equipment reliability on the second shift.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and direct maintenance work plans and proceduresRecommend maintenance and operating procedures for new facilitiesDevelop layout designs for new equipment and process changesPrepare estimates for equipment, materials, and laborSupervise repairs and ensure compliance with USDA regulations and quality standardsMaintain and update preventive maintenance programs using CMMSIdentify and resolve chronic maintenance issues to improve efficiencyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of related experienceKnowledge of layout design, drafting, project management, CAD, ergonomic design, and USDA requirementsWork Environment:Exposure to varying temperatures (28°F-100°F) and humidityNoise levels ranging from 50-110 dbMust use protective and safety equipment as required
