Job Title: Picker and Packer Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Picker and Packer for a 1st shift position from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for packing boxes according to a packing list and box size, and working at a packing station to pack products into boxes, weigh them, tape and label them, and place them onto a pallet for shipment. You will rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks throughout the day, ensuring variety in your work. Experience with machine operation is beneficial, as you may need to operate a steady type of packing machine.ResponsibilitiesPack boxes according to a packing list and box size.Work at a packing station to pack products into boxes.Weigh, tape, and label boxes.Place boxes onto a pallet for shipment.Rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks.Operate a packing machine as needed.Essential SkillsAbility to work well with others.High school education.Ideally 6 months of experience in warehouse, picking, or packing.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills.Safety conscious.Ability to follow written work instructions in English.Must be able to pass a safety test after watching a safety video.Why Work Here?We offer long-term employment opportunities with great benefits, fostering a supportive and team-oriented work environment.Work EnvironmentYou may need steel-toed boots, eye protection, and hearing protection depending on the work environment and building.
