Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal for a prestigious firm in Houston, TX.Shift: M-F 1st shiftSalary: $75 - $90kBenefits: Medical (employer paid), dental, vision, 401kKey Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions. Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant case information. Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and up-to-date. Communicate with clients, medical providers, and other parties involved in cases. Prepare and summarize reports, medical records, and other evidence for case review. Assist in the discovery process, including document production and interrogatories. Maintain case management software and ensure compliance with deadlines. Qualifications: Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law. Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
