Overview The HVACR Maintenance Manager will oversee the management, planning, and coordination of maintenance requirements for stores within our network. You will play a crucial role in initiating and managing both reactionary and preventative maintenance, as well as leading special projects as necessary. This role requires travel throughout designated market areas. You will be based out of a nearby Travel Center. Benefits: 25 Days PTO Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k with 100% Match up to 6% Key Responsibilities: Identify and project future maintenance needs by collaborating with management, production teams, and technical personnel. Execute maintenance operations by scheduling, developing scopes of work, soliciting quotes, selecting contractors, and following up on outcomes. Troubleshoot maintenance issues in conjunction with management, engineering, and quality control teams. Oversee repair and maintenance operations by prioritizing work, scheduling tasks, and managing installation efforts. Ensure cost-effective repairs by reviewing records and operational procedures. Implement maintenance operations by coordinating and enforcing effective policies and procedures. Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and cost-effectiveness. Cultivate and manage relationships with contractors for comprehensive service coverage. Verify invoice accuracy, manage disputes, and authorize payments. Conduct various safety training initiatives. Adapt to additional responsibilities as required. Maintain confidentiality and prioritize assignments effectively. Meet financial objectives through cost analysis and corrective action initiation. Further professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networks. Collaborate with team members across multiple departments to achieve shared goals. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding operations, equipment, and personnel. Execute other duties as assigned. Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration systems, including building controls. Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or technical certification in HVAC or equivalent experience is accepted. Experience with Transcritical CO2 Rack systems is a plus. 5-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in the retail convenience store sector or similar large retail operations.
