As an Assistant Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the day-to-day operations of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing, and directing team members to meet financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. To qualify, candidates must meet and continue to meet eligibility requirements for each benefit offered. Desired skills and experience include: High school diploma required Flexibility to work in any store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certification is required ADA Statement: During your duties, you will encounter hot counter areas with steam and food vapors. Workspace is often restricted, requiring employees to stand for extended periods. You will prepare hot and cold foods, utilize kitchen equipment such as the Chinese cook knife, and maintain accuracy while working quickly. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters at 36 inches in height to serve customers. Our kitchens can be hot with high noise levels, and storage space is limited. You will need effective verbal communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and the capability to manage conflicts and difficult situations in a fast-paced environment.
