Your Responsibilities Include: Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service. Leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to deliver excellence in food quality, safety, and service standards. Implementing and maintaining systems to manage costs, ensuring financial targets are met. Creating BOH schedules that align staffing levels with operational needs. Managing inventory with precision, ensuring accuracy and accountability. Contributing to hiring, onboarding, and retaining a skilled culinary team. Upholding consistent food and service standards to deliver a memorable guest experience. Exercising strong organizational skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED required; some college education preferred. 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment. A proven ability to train, develop, and retain high-performing staff. A passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Demonstrated success in achieving financial goals, including sales growth, cost of goods management, and labor control.
