Our team consists of SLPs, OTs, and PTs and we are excited to also have added applied behavior analysis services (ABA) at one of our centers and look forward to continue to grow those services to provide even more comprehensive care to our patients and families.How You'll Make a DifferenceOur Oklahoma City clinical team is seeking a qualified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee client ABA programs. Our behavior analysts conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments, interpret the results, and design comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Our behavior analysts also provide training and supervision to BCaBAs, RBTs and others responsible for the implementation of intervention and monitors client progress through data-based progress monitoring.Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing ABA programs Conducting behavioral and skills assessments Designing and maintaining treatment programs for clients Working with and overseeing the teams that implement individualized treatment plans Completing weekly program writing and maintain client's program book Providing parent//family training and support including monthly clinic/progress meeting Monitoring programs through observations, data collection and data analysis As needed, providing direct/indirect behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions Why Choose TherapitasAt Therapitas we pride ourselves on clinical excellence and building relationships with our patients and families.
