Mount, balance, and torque new tires using specialized tools and equipment. Provide expert tire service both in-shop and onsite via company service truck. Communicate clearly with customers to diagnose concerns, provide service recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols. Prioritize and complete work efficiently to meet deadlines and service expectations. What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience as a tire technician is a plus but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to lift and maneuver heavy tires and equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years). Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
