Job Title: Remote Temporary Trial ParalegalLocation: San Francisco, CAJob Type: Full-Time | ContractDuration: Through Q1 2026Pay Rate: $50/hr to $65/hour DOEAdams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Trial Paralegal for a contract position to support a national law firm client in the Bay Area. This is a long-term temporary opportunity for a litigation professional with hands-on trial preparation experience in California courts.Position Overview: The Contract Trial Paralegal will be responsible for managing all aspects of trial preparation. While this role does not require court attendance, the candidate must be fully capable of assembling and coordinating all materials and logistics necessary for trial readiness.Key Responsibilities:Prepare exhibit lists, witness lists, jury instructions, motions in limine, pretrial motions, and outlines for opening statements and examinationsManage e-discovery processes, including document review and coordination using platforms such as Relativity and iProOrganize and maintain trial-related documentation and deadlinesUtilize legal software including MicroSoft 365, CCC Macros, and iManageQualifications:Minimum of 5-7 years of litigation paralegal experience with a strong focus on trial preparationMust have extensive trial experience in CaliforniaBachelor's degree preferredTechnologically proficient and comfortable using advanced legal software toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesSchedule:8-hour workdays, Monday through FridayRemote and onsite candidates will be consideredThis is an excellent opportunity for a trial-ready paralegal looking to contribute to a high-impact litigation team.
