Press Apprentice 2nd ShiftPosition Summary: 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2 AMWe're seeking a hands-on team member to support production operations in a print-focused manufacturing setting. This role is designed as a developmental opportunity, providing training and experience with the potential to grow into an advanced technical position.Role Focus:This position involves assisting equipment operators with production prep, clean-up tasks, and material handling. It's ideal for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Key Functions:Help maintain clean and well-stocked production areasSupport with loading paper and organizing supplies for upcoming runsLearn directly from senior staff and respond to feedback with a focus on improvementParticipate in job prep and staging to ensure readiness and efficiencyFollow direction closely and support the overall pace of the workflowWhat You Should Bring:Willingness to learn and grow into a technical roleBasic understanding of equipment or mechanical processes is helpfulAble to read and understand work instructions and measurementsStrong attention to detail and a proactive work ethicAble to work collaboratively with various roles across departmentsPhysically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and maneuvering heavy materials with assistive toolsMust be able to stand, bend, twist, and reach as part of regular tasksVisual accuracy and manual dexterity are essentialComfortable working around moving equipment and fast-paced operationsSuccessful completion of pre-employment requirements is necessaryThis entry-level opportunity is structured to serve as a foundation for advancement into more technical positions, including press operation.
