Description Memorial Hospital |Operating RoomFull-Time, Day-Shift | 32-HoursProfessional - ClinicalReq #: 58885 Summary:The Licensed Nursing Assistant - Endoscopy Technician role functions as an assistant to the Registered Nurse in the completion of specific patient care tasks in the Endoscopy suite. This position is responsible for maintaining, selecting, preparing, and assisting the Registered Nurse with the scopes, instruments, and supplies necessary to perform specified endoscopy procedures. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Education:High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications:Current applicable state(s) license as a Licensed Nursing Assistant required. Sterile Processing Certification and Endoscopy Certification preferred within six months of start date or upon meeting eligibility requirements. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Experience:Computer experience preferred.
