Administrative SkillsAttention To Detail: Accomplish tasks showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; maintaining watchfulness over the entire operation and employees.Delegation/Follow-Up: Utilizing appropriate subordinates for task assignments. Establish procedures to monitor the results of delegations, assignments or projects.Manage Work: Identify needs, set goals plan schedules in an effort to accomplish identified goals.
