We are currently seeking a board certified/board eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician physician to join our team in South Central, PA.What you can expect at your practice:Must be board certified or board eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician.Join a collaborative team of 7 physicians, 3 advanced practice providers at 5 office locations.Inpatient consultative service with no deliveries.Dedicated team of 3 full time genetic counselors and a diabetes management team that includes a diabetes educator, nutritionist and diabetes para-professional.Regular provider meetings to discuss practice operations, clinical guidelines, complex patients, general concernsEnjoy working and collaborating with 20 OB/GYN ResidentsWork at a hospital with level 3 NICU and level 1 Trauma Emergency Department.Participate in Perinatal Safety Committee Meetings and monthly NICU meetingsCollaborative environment with shared call responsibilities across the systemOpportunities for professional growth and developmentMeaningful impact on patient care and outcomes across WellSpan.Our Total Rewards package includes:Physician-Designed Compensation ModelCompetitive Signing Bonus and Increased Educational Loan RepaymentFive weeks scheduled time off (STO)Retirement savings plan$5,500 CME AllowanceComprehensive health benefits with spending and savings account optionsEmployer paid benefits that include relocation expenses, malpractice coverage including tail and dedicated help for caregivers via Wellthy.A place to call home:You ll feel at home in our sophisticated medical community in the heart of Central Pennsylvania.
