Lead Network Engineer | 160-175k Salary and a 20k-30k bonus.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure, high-performance network environments across our organization. You will work closely with Systems, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure our network is reliable, scalable, and protected against emerging threats.What's in it for youCompetitive salary + bonusHybrid working modelOpportunities for growth into architecture, cloud, or cybersecurity tracksStrong engineering culture with continuous learningComprehensive benefits packageWhat You'll DoDesign, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN infrastructuresConfigure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancersSupport and optimize network performance, monitoring tools, and traffic analysisTroubleshoot complex network issues across Layer 1–7Implement network security best practices, including segmentation, policy enforcement, and firewall rule managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and migrationsMaintain documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and processesParticipate in on-call rotation for high-priority incidents and escalationsEvaluate new networking technologies and contribute to roadmap planningWhat We're Looking For3–7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar roleStrong hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar enterprise networking platformsProficiency with routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLAN, VXLAN)Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network access control solutionsFamiliarity with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP) a plusExperience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Datadog, LogicMonitor, etc.)Scripting or automation skills using Python, Ansible, or similar tools a plusStrong documentation and communication skillsRelevant certifications preferred: CCNA, CCNP, Network+, CCIEClick the button below to apply
