Committed to honesty, integrity, andadvocacy, Kane also supports quality-of-life improvements through staff education and facility partnershipsleading the way in innovative, patient-centered wound care.As a key member of our wound care team, you will:• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address underlying healthissues and co-morbidities• Deliver hands-on, bedside wound care to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities• Lead the charge on wound assessment, treatment planning, and advanced procedures• Harness cutting-edge tech and evidence-based protocols to accelerate healing• Guide smart, effective decisions based on a holistic approach in collaboration with facility teams andfamilies• Keep your charting sharp and timely in our customized EMR• Help drive quality initiatives and support our mission of raising the bar in post-acute careQualifications:• MD or DO with active and unrestricted IL license• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Surgery, or similar• 2 years of physician experience• At least 2 years of wound care experience• Previous experience in SNFs, long-term care, or rehabilitation facilities• IL prescriptive authority & DEA registrations• Ability to travel daily to assigned facilities in Chicago• Comfortable with EMR, mobile, and laptop documentation• Strong interpersonal skills collaborative, communicative, and adaptableAs we grow, you'll be a part of a supportive, forward-moving company that empowers Providers to do what isbest for their patients, every time.
