You'll work in a dynamic team environment where your contributions are valued, and your expertise is utilized to its fullest potential. With a focus on efficiency and quality, we ensure our technicians receive ongoing training and support to keep them at the forefront of industry standards.Position Responsibilities• Carry out assigned jobs based on established processes or as directed by the Service Manager.• Your initial job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:o Changing tireso Installing mud flaps for service customers.o Diagnosing and repairing trailer light systems.o Changing trailer lights.o Preforming preventative maintenance and equipment check-ins.o Replacing gaskets, dome lids, butterfly valves, and API heads.o Conducting services on brakes and brake chambers.o Report any discrepancies or modifications to the Repair Order immediately to Service Manager and Service Advisors.• Maintain a clean working environment by cleaning the bay after each job, returning extra parts to the warehouse, and disposing of excess materials.• Adhere to safety protocols and complete all tasks in compliance with company requirements.• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Shop Foreman and Shop Manager.RequirementsPreferred Qualifications• Proven experience performing trailer repair work proficiently.• Strong time management and organizational skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.• A valid driver's license to operate a hostler in the yard.• High School Diploma or equivalent.• A minimum of two years of experience in the automotive and/or trucking repairs industry.Physical Requirements• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, climb and sit for extended periods of time in a warehouse environment.• Ability to lift up to 75lbs.• Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal skills with customers, management, and team members.• Travel as needed to other Company locations by vehicle, plane, or train.• Reasonable accommodation will be provided for those requiring assistance.Why Choose Kraft Tank Corporation?• Competitive Pay and Benefits• Comprehensive Training Programs to foster your growth• A supportive and dynamic environment• Opportunities to work with industry leaders and cutting-edge technology• A company that values safety, quality, and the contributions of its team membersIf you're looking to enhance your career and join a company that values its employees and sets the standard in the tank industry, apply today to become a part of the Kraft Tank family
