Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. * Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters discreetly and to ensure confidentiality guidelines are maintained. * Professional knowledge: An understanding of graduate medical education preferred but not required. * Experience with New Innovations Residency Management System is highly desirable, but not required. * Desktop publishing skills (Flash, Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat), preferred, but not required. * Familiarity with office procedures; faxing, copying and filing.
