An exciting family medicine or med-ped opportunity is available at a multispecialty group in Illinois. The community has a growing demand, so the facility is accepting new candidates. Your schedule will be 4.5 days per work, and you take phone calls on your own patients. The incoming physician can expect to see 20 to 30 patients per day on average, depending on your level. They are seeking physicians who want to be an integral part of a small town and family-oriented community where you will run into your patients at the grocery store, etc. If you do not currently hold a license in IL, CompHealth can help you with the process. Final-year residents and fellows will be considered. This employed opportunity has a salary for 2 to 3 years with for option production after that time. You will be offered life insurance/disability, malpractice insurance, robust health benefits, 4 weeks of PTO to start, 1 week of CME and $4,000, a retirement plan with matching, and $10K for relocation assistance. You will enjoy working in northern Illinois, with an endless selection of things to do. Not only can you stay home in the area and take in what the area has to offer, but making the 1-hour trip to the Quad Cities or Rockford is very easy.
