What to Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sr. Technical Program Manager to join the Manufacturing Engineering, Energy Products team. In this role, you will drive program execution alongside world-class engineers responsible for designing and manufacturing our industry-leading energy products. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for launching new technologies. You'll bring teams together with a shared focus on delivering innovative solutions while pushing the limits of design, manufacturing processes, and program schedules. You'll coordinate collaboration across Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Production teams, ensuring alignment with company priorities. By understanding each project's opportunities, challenges, and dependencies, you'll translate complex information into clear, concise communication that keeps every team member informed. Proactively identifying and removing roadblocks, you'll help maximize team efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring successful program execution.
