We accomplish this mission through our foundation of attention to detail, integrity, accountability, empathy, care, and concern for the needs of our clients and the officers which we serve.Position SummaryFirst Responder Protective Services (FRPS) is hiring multiple Armed Security Officers to staff a Community Neighborhood site in the Mesquite area near Lake Ray Hubbard. We are seeking professional, reliable, and alert security officers available for shifts during the week and weekend coverage. This position requires a visible presence to ensure security of the residents and property in a developed neighborhood using a company provided security patrol vehicle.Key ResponsibilitiesMobil and Foot Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security of residents, staff, and property. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents. Monitor entrances, access points, and surveillance systems. Enforce community rules and regulations while maintaining a professional presence. Prepare detailed incident and activity reports as required. Monitor site activity and coordinate with remote monitoring systems for incident response Remain alert and proactive in identifying and reporting security concerns Follow all post orders and supervisor instructions Minimum RequirementsMust hold a current Level III Texas Commissioned Security License Must be current on firearms qualification Must have a valid Texas Driver's License (or ability to obtain before starting) Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently or with a team Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods Shifts Available (Subject to change over summer vs school year) Monday-Thursday 11:00am -6:00pm Friday & Saturday 6:00pm - 1:00am Sunday 4:00pm - 11:00pm Preferred Qualifications1 year or more of armed guard experience Site security or patrol experience Experience using radios, surveillance systems, or reporting platforms Uniform & EquipmentFRPS Provides: Uniform shirt, hats, cold weather gear, OC spray.
