Annual Salary: $180k-$220k (varies depending on years of experience)Our client is a small private practice located in the NYC area. They are currently seeking a Physician that has completed their fellowship in Infectious Disease to join their teamResponsibilities:Interview s patients to obtain information such as symptoms, medical histories, and family histories.Provides direction to the organization with respect to Infectious Disease issuesFunctions one of the primary clinical consultant in Infectious DiseaseKeeps clinical staff aware of updates to Infectious Disease guidelines and new research findings through regular presentations at staff meetingsEnsures that medical staff and other interested/involved departments are aware of current clinical trials and enrollment criteriaMaintains the standard of clinical care, using diagnostic testing appropriately yetDiagnose and design a plan of treatment for injuries and/or illness.May prescribe or administer medications.Prepares, maintains, and reviews records that include patients histories, examination findings, treatment plans, or outcomes.Requirements:Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious DiseaseAtlas Search is a tri-state area recruitment agency, connecting new graduates, Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians and Nurse Leaders to hospitals, clinics, multi-specialty groups, nursing homes, managed care companies, private practices, and healthcare start-ups.
