We are hiring for a reputable, physician-led ophthalmology group in Las Vegas, NV, seeking a fellowship-trained Glaucoma specialist to join their premier multispecialty practice Practice Setting: Ownership: Private Equity backed, multi-specialty ophthalmology groupEMR: ModMedASC Onsite: Yes (high-volume, cataract-focused surgery center)Support Staff: Dedicated scribes and technicians (scales with volume)Current Staff: 4 MDs, multispecialty teamSurgeon Volume Expectation: patients/dayPractice Volume: Highest cataract surgical volume in the state of Nevada Role Highlights: Work alongside another fellowship-trained Glaucoma Surgeon from a top-tier programImmediate patient volume with built-in referrals from 4 other multispecialty groupsTurnkey practice with long-standing reputationHighly collaborative team with multiple specialists onsite for same-day consultsPreferred payer contracts and strong brand recognition, 70% Las Vegas market shareModern equipment and facilities across 5 locationsSupportive work culture with long-term staff retention (20+ year tenures common) Qualifications: MD or DO degree with completion of an ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residencyGlaucoma fellowship training requiredBoard certified or board eligible in OphthalmologyCommitment to clinical excellence and collaborative care Compensation & Benefits: Target Compensation: .00 basic PLUS Productivity and/or collections-basedBonus Structure: Productivity and/or collections-basedEmployment Type: W-2 or 1099 options availableBenefits Include:Employer-paid medical insurance premiumsCME allowancePTOLicensing, DEA, and malpractice coveredRelocation assistance availableInterested?
