We offer true mentorship every step of the way Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Essentials For Living, Vineland) Develop and monitor treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Determine frequency and direction of services for children receiving ABA therapyProvide ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians to maintain clinical quality for clients servedMonitor client progress regularly through data analysis to ensure treatment integrity and progressProvide parent counseling/trainingCollaborate effectively with other interdisciplinary team members to maintain high-quality, coordinated careComplete all treatment documentation in accordance with Astra ABA deadlines and BACB guidelinesMaintain all documentation in accordance with BACB guidelines, state, and insurance requirementsParticipate in company, clinical, and professional meetings or development activities as requiredWhat you don't know, we'll teach ;)
