Monitor performance against planMaintain room quality based on hotel objectives. Monitors and maintains level of cleanliness in rooms, storage areas, laundry, restrooms and public areas. Checks VR rooms to make sure they are vacant, clean and ready. Checks storage area to see if there are enough housekeeping suppliesCompile and report accurate status of guest rooms to front officeOversee all housekeeping dutiesMaintain productivity and labor cost goalsEstablish and maintain cost control systems for staffing linen inventories and cleaning suppliesConduct inventories of linen, supplies and equipment.
